Matt arrived first thing in the morning and was prompt, courteous, efficient and cleaned up all areas impeccably. He had to custom cut the blinds and when he was finished they were perfect. We found him to be extremely skilled in tile repair and setting with a very keen eye for detail. He is great at minor electrical work as well. We would highly recommend Maxim Unlimited Handyman & Construction Services for your home improvement, repair, and handyman projects. We had previously used Matt to remodel a bathroom that included a new tile floor, vanity, backsplash, toilet, light fixture, mirror and paint and found him to be extremely professional, knowledgeable, and skillful in a wide variety of tasks. He turned our vision into reality!!
Description of Work: Installed faux wood blinds on six windows (several were double windows and were custom cut), installed a ceiling fan, changed out four light fixtures, installed two dimmer switches, matched and patched tile grout on fireplace, installed tile backsplash, patched grout in shower and sealed. Price included blinds and other supplies.
