Our overall experience with them has been good.

They did have to come back and fix an issue. I felt that their price was reasonable. The company overall is a good company.

They spent extra time trying to remove a plant /watering spot that I had in the antique rug. They were very good about pick up /delivery and communicating with me on the times. I trust them to do a good job although I think they have gotten a bit more expensive over the years as compared to other carpet cleaners. Having said that, I find them trustworthy and responsive so am willing to pay the extra.

We used them because we did have them before. Price wise we paid too much. I really don't know if we would use them in the future.

They did a great job. I was very pleased with them. They did the pathways, but they did not move the furniture. They were a little bit high.

Our cleaning was scheduled within a few days of my call. They called about an hour before the service time was scheduled and they could come early. The work was done in the time they quoted and our tired, old carpets look much better. I will definitely use them again.

They did a fairly good job, but after the carpet cleaners left, I discovered that they had not moved the larger furniture and cleaned under it, even though I'd asked them to do it.

The company called ahead to inform us of the exact arrival time. The two gentlemen who did the work were courteous, helpful and professional. The manager stopped by to introduce himself and to review the job with his employees during the process. The two men finished in a timely manner and did a fine job cleaning the carpet. After they left, the office made a follow up call to make sure that we were satisfied with their service. It all was very professionally handled.

THEY ARRIVED ON SCHEDULE, WERE VERY NEAT, and CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY PROTECTED THE CORNERS OF OUR WALLS FROM BEING DAMAGED BY THEIR HOSES. THE WORK WAS PROFESSIONALLY DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER.
