Even though we met with him late in the afternoon of our last day, Lloyd spent a great deal of time explaining the market and finding out exactly what we wanted and could afford. In addition to being careful, smart, computer savvy, thoroughly professional in every way, and highly knowledgeable about real estate, At one point when we thought we had found a house we wanted to come see, Lloyd did a meticulous on-site visit and spotted innumerable things that made the house a very poor investment, thus saving us not only the cost of a trip to see the house but the inevitable disappointment of getting there and instantly finding that it would not do at all! Lloyd is a considerate, honest, patient person who works extremely hard, is unfailingly responsive to questions, adheres to the highest ethical standards, and will always have your back. And he’s a joy to spend time with. Even now that we've closed on the house he and his team are continuing to help us make arrangements that must be taken care of before we move in! I've never even heard of a realtor who does that. We are convinced that had it not been for Lloyd being our realtor, we would not now own a house in Fort Collins, let alone one that is exactly what we wanted in the location we wanted and in the price range we can afford. Lloyd Smith is the consummate professional. He worked with us as we relocated from New York until we found our perfect Colorado home. During this time he was enthusiastic and patient and never wavered in his commitment to us to find the right home. We consider his expertise in contracts very impressive, and my wife is an attorney.
