DO NOT HIRE! Exorbitant rates, rude technician. I am so disappointed, I thought I had found a company to help me with various things in our home...boy was I wrong. Pricing is not proportionate to work performed. When I thought $189 was too much for literally pushing a GFCI button, I was belittled by the electrician. He actually said that LION is 'very high priced'. Called office and asked to talk to a manager and was told that it being friday, no one could speak to me and Monday didnt look too good either! Toni in front office very nice...just couldn't help. Horrible company! A RIP OFF!

Joey was very professional and completed all work to great satisfaction. He was willing to do a few small extra wiring requests that was much appreciated while he was here. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing professional electrical work. They really try to take care of the customer so that you feel totally satisfied.

I gave them a "C" rating because "N/A" was not an option. They never got back to me to discuss my project, so I really have no idea how to rate them. I wanted to see if what I wanted to do was feasible and get an idea of what kind of cost would be involved. I guess they weren't interested in pursuing this, which is OK. Probably saved us both an unnecessary phone call.

The service friendly, prompt and efficient. Denali even handled all communications with my insurance company (from which I received reimbursement within a few days). When an unforeseen problem came up a couple of weeks after the new roof was put on, they were very responsive and fixed the problem as quickly as possible.

Very well. Their service rep, Mike, inspected the furnace and thoroughly cleaned it and explained what he was doing along the way.

I called to get an inspection and a quote to fix up the shingles on my roof since they were in pretty bad shape. They came out on a day that fit my schedule let me know of the material and labor charges and the ETA for the work to be done. They did the job fast but yet efficient and my roof looked great and they did a good job of cleaning up after the job was done. I would recommend them to anyone!

In my line of work sometimes I run into thing that need to be fixed on homes before a person can refinance or purchase the home. My customer was refinance an rental property but the roof was bad and it had to be fixed before he could refinance. The customer didn't have the money to fix the roof and was going to pull the money out on the refinance. I called Steve at Denali Roofing and he said that he could fix the roof and he could get a check for it after closing. He met with my customer and gave him a bid and my customer also got a bid from another roofer. Denali roofing came in 2,000.00 lower then the other company and of course my customer went with Denali roofing. I was able to close the loan on this and my customer was so happy with the work that Denali Roofing did he said that he would continue to use them. Thanks to Steve and Denali Roofing for making me look good with my customer. I will refer Denali Roofing to everyone that I know.

We noticed a stain in our ceiling and suspected a roof leak. After call a handful of different companies we realized quickly that most were not interested in helping us on a small repair. I called and set up an appointment for the next day (they offered to come out the same day). They were polite and didn't seem to care that the job was small. Steve came out and quickly determined what our problem was and also found several other issues. He explained them in detail and gave us a quote. He walked us outside and showed us what he needed to do. He has his crew there that day and they made the repairs. They were fast and cleaned up great. Overall it was a great experience. Steve was honest and didn't try to sell me a whole roof when I didn't need one. Would use again for sure.
