The guy called me within literally 3 seconds of posting my request. Way over priced for what he did. Nice guy but very overpriced. The 3 second call surprised me and seems a little vulture like. My bad for not comparing rates. I do feel like I got taken.

Chris contacted me immediately, quoted me a price based on the info I gave him. He came when he said he would, worked hard and pointed out a few things for me to pay attention to, and the windows looked very clean without streaks when he finished. And then it rained! I'd call upon him again.

Chad Bamrick was quick to call after I initiated a request. He set an appointment to see the property. He was on time and gave me a fair price. On work day he was on time and worked diligently. I am very happy with his work and have set up an annual request with him to clean exterior windows.
