 + -1 moreMark is not the cheapest in town, but you get what you pay for! Do yourself a favor and have him over for an estimate - he does the job right. We had a full quote, all of our questions answered and a detailed sketch of the property and sprinkler locations before we hired him. He took the time to measure properly, pull permits for the work, discuss the location of valve boxes and the controller, and more. Mark used a pipe puller (Ditch Witch) for the bulk of the work so there are minor seams in the lawn instead of trenches everywhere. He subbed a guy to bore under the driveway so we didn't have to tear up the concrete in order to get to the side yard. He was on time and called to let us know when he wouldn't be able to work due to inclement weather and to communicate the time line for completion. Mark has a preferred plumbing service that is reliable and won't charge an arm and a leg to install a backflow device. Overall, one of the best contractor experiences we have had in our new place. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: Mark installed a sprinkler system on my property with five zones, a drip system and bubbler for the garden and bushes. He is a preferred Rainbird contractor and offers a 5-year warranty on all the Rainbird parts.
