+ 0 moreFirst time went without a hitch, performed exactly as promised, done well and on time. Dealer was billed for that. Second time, since it was under our insurance deductible, we had Kool Rides remove the scratch and paid for an entire exterior detail (wax). Again, performed exactly as promised, done well and on time. Cost seemed a tad bit higher than we expected, but what a wonderful job they did - we could not find the scratch after they were done and the car looked better than when we picked it up new in May. Kudos to Kool Rides. Have to say it is worth the price. Mike Nelson, the owner, is an up front and honest guy who is growing his business and he is very customer-oriented. Highly recommend. I noted they belong to BBB and have a BBB sign up at the shop...always says volumes to me in a positive way.
Description of Work: The first service provided (June, 2013) was as a result of auto dealer negligence (Fisher Honda-Boulder) in installing tinting and a hood mask we did not request. The dealer paid for it, and Kool Rides removed it and fixed the window tinting. This was on a brand new 2013 Honda Accord we bought in May, 2013. Second time we had some vandalism to the hood of the same 2013 Honda Accord, someone keyed the hood.

Description of Work: I brought my 4-Runner (Ruby) in to be detailed inside and for the wheels to be cleaned. Not only does Ruby haul me around, it also transport my little boy and my yellow lab. It hadn't been professionally cleaned in 10 years and you can imagine what it looked like inside. The interior carpet and upholstery was shampooed and vacuumed, windows were washed and all other surfaces cleaned. The wheels, which were filthy, were cleaned completely. They returned my call promptly, scheduled the service within two days and were finished when they said they would be. They must have removed 100 pounds of dog hair, and did a great job.
