Description of Work: John Walz built our semi-custom home, completed in 2010, and a outbuilding in 2011. He is one of the best builders, not only in Fort Collins, but in northern Colorado. He is completely honest, price-competitive, and punctual. I would highly recomment JW Development to anyone without any reservations .

 + 1 moreI have hired him many times before. He has already built the home we are currently living in and now he is building us a shed. He is excellent with clients. He is very knowledgable with the building trades. I really appreciate the fact that he takes care of his subcontractors. Becuase of this, he is very honest and reliable.
Description of Work: I have hired him to build a 43' by 28' ft storage shed.
