Insurance cancelations ensued as the fire claims began pouring in. Credit issues, and even a crazy work schedule were among the unforeseen set-backs. After over three months, and hundreds of hours working in my favor, Dave was able to pull off delivering me to the closing table the new owner of a previously bank owned REPO property at over 20% equity at the table.
