She knew the housing market very well and was great in helping us evaluate the plus and minuses of the many properties we looked at. We highly recommend Janet and will use her in the future for any real estate needs.
Description of Work: Janet served as our real estate agent in finding and purchasing a home in Fort Collins, CO. The real estate fee (approx. $14,000) was paid by the seller.

+ -1 moreShe was very nice and very pleasant. She was responsive and attentive. She was not pushy and had not forced us to make a quick decision. We didn’t pay her directly, and it had come out of the seller’s end. She even helped us find handymen and other workers.
Description of Work: Janet Yahaa is the realtor who helped us buy our house. I think her actual name is Janet McNulty, and not Janet Yahaa as that is the name that she has always used with us.
