David walked the perimeter, in the basement, and in the garage. Reviewed what I had done and made some additional suggestions (and also made me very aware of the short cuts builders take). Gave me the option to use him for what seemed a reasonable fee or to make the repairs myself. I ended-up doing the work myself, but plan to use him if I have further issues. I will say in retrospect, the time and materials it took me to do the work, having him do a professional job would have been more then worth it. He was definitely professional, punctual, friendly, and informative. I highly recommend him and have suggested him to some neighbors.

David James was excellent to work with in setting up the appointment and he arrived slightly early - very nice! He worked with me to move my dogs onto the back deck when he sprayed inside the house, upstairs and downstairs, and then let me know to move the dogs into the house when he sprayed around the outside of the house. In addition to spraying, he also kindly removed many cobweb areas outside near the house that I'd been meaning to clean out but had not yet gotten to. Dave was super kind, knowledgeable, efficient, and professional, and his services certainly worked, as the next day on my front porch was a very dead large red/brown spider! A great experience and I will certainly use him again as needed for bugs/spiders or any other pest issues.

I called in the a.m. and Mike was ou in the p.m. The work was done quickly with an offer to look at other areas that might have paper wasps around our home. Quality all around. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

They had flexible hours and they were knowledgeable. They were willing to explain what they were doing and why they were doing it.
