We love our new carpet! From initial quote to completion, everything was quick and painless. The guys that did our install were friendly, cleaned up well, and were super quick. We will definitely call Jade floors for any future flooring needs and would recommend them to anyone.

Jade Floors did a fantastic job on our floors. We had them 1.) replace the carpet and engineered hardwood floors on our main floor with luxury vinyl flooring; and 2.) replace the carpet on the steps going up to the second floor and all the carpet on the second floor. The work performed was excellent and the floors on the main floor and second floor look absolutely amazing! Wade was very honest in answering our questions or advice. Before leaving the job site, each crew swept and left the work area clean/straightened up. The crews were very professional and knowledgeable! I recommend Jade Floors to anyone who is in need of flooring! We also reached out to friends who are remodeling their home and recommended Jade Floors for their remodel. The new carpet we selected is 80oz, which is top quality. The pad is 1/2" thick, which is top quality as well! We also paid for them to move the furniture, as both my husband and I are older and not as strong as we once were.

Lupe & Francisco, the installers, were very professional and pleasant to work with and did a great job. Armando & his son Aiden, needed to find a floor plug-in and smooth out a quarter round. They did a great job also.

Our experience with Jade Floors from start to finish has been nothing short of fantastic. We had basically a short notice carpet emergency and needed a tearout/install to happen within about a 10 day period. Jade came to our rescue! Perfection! I had LVP and carpet installed on the entire main floor of my home, approximately 1400 sq ft. Including bathrooms (removing and installing toilets) and closets and laundry area. Lupe and Luis did a fantastic job and were very hard working and professional. They completed the project in the promised amount of time and continually checked in with me to make sure I was happy with the progress. At the end with enough left over product they were even able to re-carpet my stairs and add LVP to the landing, which I hadn't originally planned on. They went the extra mile to complete the look of my main living space. The Jade Floors process from beginning to end was great including the estimate and choosing product, as well as communication and billing. They made everything simple. I had Jade Floors installed new carpet in 4 rooms and the stairs in my house and they did an excellent job. The cost was reasonable, the work was done quickly, professionally and exactly when they said it would be. Wade was excellent to work with and I will definitely use them again for my flooring needs!

Highly recommend this flooring company! They gave us the best quote, which was just as promised on the website. We worked with Wade, Abraham, and Megan… they were all very thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and great with communication. Even though I was out of state, they were able to keep me in the loop on everything that was happening. I really appreciated all of the answered questions and that they worked with me on finding a supplier for the floors I really wanted. Everyone we worked with was so gracious with their time, giving helpful advice as I was going back and forth on options. Installers were punctual and they worked straight through. After starting they installed three carpet is 3 bedrooms and on stairs, completing job within 7 hours. Although they worked fast they did high quality work and the project came out beautiful. Very professional!

It went great. We got the estimate for labor, Jade Floors helped us locate an import specialist to obtain the wood and aided us in receiving it. The installer and his team were wonderful, ready to answer any questions we asked (we had plenty of them!). The job was accomplished in a timely manner.

Just completed installing carpet in our new guest suite. Installation was timely, professional, and met expectations. We are happy with their work. This is our second time working with Wade. Years ago they replaced the carpeting throughout the lower level with engineered hardwood. That project was long and it was worth it. Jade Flooring is top-notch treating its customers well.

Jade Floors did an excellent job on our basically whole house carpeting. Wade was very helpful in helping us pick the carpet and pad we wanted for our needs and was always responsive when I had a question. The installers were some of most friendly and polite workers I have experienced, worked extremely hard, were on time and did a great job. Only a week out from install but the carpet looks and feels great! And the price was very reasonable!! I definitely recommend them and will use them again when I need more flooring in the rooms we did not change

Jade floors are the best. Jodi and Wade are amazing- super friendly, knowledgeable about all flooring needs and responsive. If you need flooring they are your people. Everything from the flooring estimate schedule with Jodi to the estimate with Wade and the install went so smooth. I was highly impressed for the second time and will go to no other flooring place. I highly recommend.

A year ago, we had Jade (Jodi & Wade) Floors replace the carpet and vinyl with Ginger Oak wood plank flooring for our entire first floor (living, dining, kitchen, family, powder room), stairs to our second floor, our second floor hallway, and our second floor hall bathroom. We left the existing carpeting in our second floor bedrooms, with the intent to have Jade come back and replace that sometime in the future with new carpeting. However, we fell in love with the look and easy care of the Ginger Oak and decided to complete our entire second floor with wood plank flooring, including our master bath. As before, Armando and his installers did an amazing job of installation with attention to detail and responding to our questions and resolving any concerns we expressed. We couldn't be more thrilled and pleased with the price, the workmanship, our interaction, and our outcome with Jade. They set the GOLD standard for small business expertise, attentiveness, and excellence.

We had the 20 year old carpet replaced in our entire upstairs level and also on our main staircase. Wade (from Jade) came to our house and gave us a free estimate. His estimate was half of what the estimates were from the 2 big box stores in town- and both of those stores charged for the estimate. Jade sent an installation expert named John who had one helper with him. They worked hard for a day and a half to complete the job, and we could not be more pleased. Fantastic workmanship, good communication, and the new carpet is beautiful. Wish we had done this 10 years ago! Highly recommend Jade Flooring.
