Charlie and his guys went above and beyond with too many "extras" to list!! I will be hiring them again for sure!!!

Charlie came the same day that we called to give us an estimate and was professional. He was willing to work with us on the price and they came when they said they would and did what they said they would do. They were dog friendly, dependable, pleasant and did a great job.

I found a good-sized hole in the wall of my new home (hidden behind a mirror). The question became what to do about it since I live in a manufactured home. I was contacted by a member of the INSIDE OUT PAINTING & REMODELING team right away. Charlie did an inspection of the problem that afternoon. Since I live in a manufactured home he was going to try to match the wallpaper but was unable to do so. He suggested repairing and replacing some of the drywall and then painting it to blend into the room as an accent wall. I am happy with the work and it was completed in a timely manner. He came and went during the work as he was assisting a younger man who was helping. I am happy with the final product (new walls). My only suggestion would be that more time could have been spent preparing the room for the work in terms of cleanliness. Although they "cleaned up" following it, it required more of it following their departure. - Janet W in Loveland

I submitted my information to have them contact me, and I heard back from them within 5-10 minutes. Later that day they came to give me an estimate, and by the end of the week the job was done. I couldnâ t be more pleased!

Good work at a good price. I appreciated that they tried to find the lower cost solution to my deck problems and got it fixed on budget and on time.

Had them repair a patio stairway. Above and beyond quality!! Better than than original build. I have Charlie and his crew on speed dial!

They did a great job. Friendly and I would recommend them for inside or outside painting. Plus, they cleaned up and left my house as it was before they came.

Charlie and his team built us a pergola for our patio. Overall they did a fantastic job the Pergola overall looks very very nice. The only reasons for not getting a perfect score are below. We had two different neighbors text us to let us know that the people working on our pergola were fighting/yelling loudly at each other on the job ( we were not home at the time). Additionally, there were a few things on the Pergola that seemed rushed at the end. The boards that were placed on top of the Pergola were rushed and cut very unevenly. I had to go up and sand all of the ends of the boards. And there are several that are cut to uneven lengths. Additionally, there are several boards that should have been sanded completely, as they still show the print on the boards. Lastly, several of The boards are not straight or are placed on evenly. If you look at three pergola from above or below, you can see that a handful of the boards are not square to each other. Overall we are pleased with the Pergola for the price, and we plan on fixing most of the issues ourselves. But it was not as turnkey or complete of a project as we would have liked

While Charlie Soto and I never saw each other we had phone calls. I found him friend and attentive to what I wanted done. The ramp, yes, for our disabled dog is perfect. Charlie did a wonderful job on it. We even discussed how to get a textured surface on it so, Max, could easily walk up and down it. He gave me some good ideas. YES, I would use him again and again and again if needed.
