We were absolutely delighted, both with the blinds and with the service that the company provided. The blinds (Hunter-Douglas) work great and insulate the house quite well -- they keep our house about 3 degrees cooler than the temporary blinds did. (It's summer and we have no A/C, so cooler is better.) They also fit our 1920's house's windows amazingly well -- the windows are all irregular sizes, but the woman who measured them must have known what she was doing. The company was great to work with -- they didn't give us a hard sell on anything, their installers were incredibly nice and super professional (they wore booties inside our house to keep the floors clean!), and the company even checked in with us a week after the installation to make sure everything was working well. We've only lived in Ft. Collins for about a month now and we've never bought fancy blinds before, so maybe this is just an industry or a town where people are especially good at their jobs. But whatever the reason, this is one of the best experiences as a customer I've ever had -- I think these folks do terrific work and I recommend them most highly.
