Dale delivered the product to our home prior to starting work. He always arrived promptly each morning, and got to work. We were pleasantly surprised how much was accomplished each day and were very happy with the quality of the product from the very first day! He knows his product very well and had lead us to order the perfect window for what we had envisioned for our home. We could tell from the first evening that the windows reduced noise in our home, and now I have noticed a reduction in the dusting I am having to do! We are very pleased with the product. There were a few minor issues with the job, and we asked Dale to come back to our home to discuss them. Once we shared our concerns Dale agreed that there was a bit more work that needed to be done. He personally dealt with it on a Saturday morning, and we greatly appreciated him taking ownership in this fashion. Honestly, we had heard enough horror stories about window replacement that we were expecting the worst. Yet, it was fairly painless, and we are very happy with the end result. We would recommend Infinity Home Improvement to our neighbors.

Dale (and his assistant Rick) were thorough and conscientious from the initial measurements to the final installation and cleanup. Our home is out of square in many aspects, so it was not surprising that they encountered openings that were way out of square. Dale did the shimming and other rough opening adjustments needed to install the windows and sliding glass doors so that they were square. Dale did a great job of communicating and involving us in decisions. For example, one of our sliding glass doors is off a room that is not level: that is the floor and ceiling themselves are not level. Dale called me to discuss the decision of whether to install the door level, or parallel to the floor and ceiling (we chose the former). Dale is attentive to energy efficiency. Our old sliding glass doors leaked like sieves. Some of our old window frames were poorly insulated. Our new windows and sliding glass doors are tight, with no hint of leakage, and the frames are well insulated with foam. He also worked with me to select south-facing windows with a higher solar heat gain coefficient to take advantage of the Colorado sunshine during the winter months (the windows are shaded during the summer). In short, Infinity Home Improvements does quality work.

After living in our home for 15 years, we decided it was time for the builder-grade windows to go. (One within the master bedroom had actually failed by that point.) We went with friends' recommendation and contracted with Dale to replace all the windows in the house, on the main floor and in the (unfinished) basement. The replacement went extremely well. Dale was always punctual and took evident pride in the installation work. He was also responsive to our change requests during the course of work. (There was a large window in the study for which we wanted the window set "out", to ensure we didn't have to adjust the window covering at all.) The house was "buttoned up" again on schedule. That work was done in Spring 2013. When a really intense cold snap hit early in December, I noticed some water swelling in the MDF window sills for two small closet windows. (Very little heat or air circulation reaches those windows; we're not sure why the builder put them in that way.) Dale came back and was able to verify that the water was coming from interior condensation, which was a relief. He promptly popped out the old MDF sills and installed some new, hardwood ones for us at no charge. The new windows are definitely keeping the house warmer this winter! We'd definitely recommend Dale to anyone contemplating such a job.
