Did great work on a tough project!!

DeAnn and Dave Reed made the appointment with me to resurface my patio on July 15th and were set to arrive on August 26th at 9 a.m. they arrived on the minute on the scheduled day. They began their work immediately and well, with the exception of a lunch break, they worked diligently until 7 that evening and left the partially finished patio completely covered with a tarp. They arrived early on the 27th to finish the job on the day quoted. Without taking a break for anything but lunch, they worked well past the evening and finally finished the job at 9, well after darkness set in but the job they left was was completed and perfect in every way. The entire time they were here, they were quiet, more respectful then imaginable, and professional in every way. The only problem I'm left with is covering the cost of resurfacing my second patio, driveway, garage, and walkway. I am so anxious to have them back for bigger and better jobs. DeAnn and Dave are the best contractors I've ever worked with.

I am a Structural Engineer, licensed and work in 45 states. i specifically researched and chose this product vs. what an epoxy overlay for a few very specific technical reasons: 1. The hybrid polymer is a ductile not brittle product as is epoxy. Ductile meaning it is more like an elastic band than glass. Concrete moves, it expands and contracts and moves with settlement. Concrete is brittle and cracks with this movement if not given the proper control joints. the ductility of the polymer vs. rigid epoxies is that to some degree, it will move with the concrete and not crack and reflect every crack that the concrete expresses. In the world of engineering, ductile is always preferred over brittle. Brittle breaks, ductile moves and absorbs. 2. Epoxy is very dependent on thermal conditions to cure correctly. We had this installed the Monday after 11" of snow fell over the weekend. The temperatures were low and we were in the middle of winter conditions. We needed a product that could withstand and be applied in varying temperatures. 3. As an engineer, I design concrete on major commercial jobs, I wanted the same application techniques that I would see in that regard. I started with a different installer and ended up firing them due to their poor approach and lack of adhering to manufacturer's recommendations. There are a ton of these guys out there, stay away from them. The garage force team steel shot blast the surface of our badly deteriorated patio and prep'd it well. With these products, the prep is 80% of the battle. The garage force team did an excellent prep job, I know, I watched them as I run a business from home and could really check up on them. I am very pleased with our patio and would recommend this product to anyone interested.

First, these guys are totally honest. They underbid my project and I offered to cover the difference but they said that they would stand by their bid. Second, the quality was amazing. They put in the time to make the results A+. You can't go wrong with these guys.

From the initial phone call for a bid, to the completion of the work Garage Force was by far the BEST contractor we have ever had. And after renovating an entire mid-century modern home in two years that is high praise. The Reeds (owners) were respectful of our property, on time everyday, answered all our questions, and just went above and beyond to meet our needs. For those looking to finish concrete floors, there is no better company than this. We have already referred them to our realtor friends and others in our neighborhood.

DeeAnn and Dave were very quick to respond to my request for an estimate and answered my questions as I compared my options. They kept in touch through that process but were not pushy. We chose their business even though it was a bit more expensive because the product that they use is of higher quality and comes with a much better warranty than others. I was very comfortable having them in our home and they were very respectful and careful with our property and our two cats. The work was done on time and our basement floor looks great!

Dave and DeAnn were amazing to work with throughout the process. From the estimate through completion, the communication was spot-on and the workmanship far exceeded my expectations. I will be recommending their product and service at every opportunity I have. Thank you for the amazing job. My garage is beautiful!
