I would definitely recommend them. They were punctual and I never had a problem with them. They've always pick up on the days they said they would.

They are reliable. They are quick with their billing; they are never really behind on their billing. They are quick for services, if you need to call them for anything. If we needed a replacement trash cans they don't charge for extra, at least not now that I have experienced. They are friendly. They have good customer service.

Service was average. Bill was sent via email, it went into junk mail. I didn't see the bill and they cut off service with no other notification. Then they charged a new set up fee of $25. Then our recycle container was stolen. A replacement fee of $175 was charged. When I cancelled service, they charged another $10. They were not flexible in trying to negotiate on the fees. I would Never use them again.

Excellent service both on the phone and with trash pick up. Company rep took the time to ask about our family's habits and offered several options. The option we selected is the most reasonably priced in town and works perfectly for our home. Will continue to use. Great job!

Their trash collection service was fine. I was very disappointed when they stopped recycling service in my area, but, at least they provided a large public collection bin approximately a mile from my home. This, too, has now been removed and no recycling services whatsoever are provided; very disappointing.

I like that they provide those three services, and that they are a local company. They base their prices on the cubic size of the trash receptacle.

Overall, their services are excellent. I will continue to use their services.

The garbage service threw away my stroller which was sitting in the driveway ~12 feet away from the garbage can. There was no indication that it needed to be thrown away, it was in excellent condition and in fact was only about 5 months old. It took two weeks of negotiation in which both me and my husband had to call and talk to the customer service supervisor before they agreed to pay for a portion of the stroller- they did not pay the entire amount of the value of the stroller. The customer service supervisor indicated that I was lying about the placement of stroller in the driveway by saying that there is just no way their garbage men would take something that far away from the can, and that the wind must have blown it next to the garbage can. It wasn't windy that day, and the wind doesn't blow in that direction or strong enough to blow that stroller that far. The customer service I received from the customer service SUPERVISOR was shockingly poor. I had to leave numerous messages before I received calls back, the supervisor was very arrogant and unsympathetic to my situation. It then took another three weeks and two more phone calls before we actually received a check. Then the service quality began to dwindle and the employees actions became extremely passive aggressive. If the garbage can wasn't in the road (literally) they wouldn't pick up our garbage. If the lid on the can was the least bit elevated on our can (I'm talking about 1/2" elevated) they would charge us $5 for an overfilled can, raising our last bill by $20. Although they are the only garbage company that services my area I canceled service and I am currently taking my own garbage to the dump. Customer service in this country is shockingly poor and I will not give any company that is that arrogant, stubborn and unable to admit to a mistake (or fix that mistake willingly) my money.
