Description of Work: Had a mouse problem. He was very professional and was able to figure out how they were getting in and where the paths where. He set traps and within a week or so I was mouse free. Did a great job and I would call him again if I have any pest control problems in the future.

+ -1 moreTechnician/service manager arrived on schedule, explained what she would do. Explained the nature of the chemicals and that they are not harmful to people or pets. She treated the outside of the house then came inside and treated both upstairs and down. She was very professional and friendly. The whole process was done in about an hour.

Description of Work: Joe has been our exterminator for more than 9 years. He comes to our home on a quarterly basis. He always contacts us to schedule an appointment so we don't have to track him down. He does a thorough job of spraying our home and the perimeter to protect our home from unwanted insects.

He treated the areas with two chemicals, checked the basement as well as the walls inside and outside the Dining Room and the garage. He was very thorough, and does not try to set you up on a monthly schedule of rechecking and spraying - not necessary.
