From the estimate to the completion of the job it was a smooth process. The only glitch was that two bathroom window screens could not be removed so two of the window panes could not be washed which was no fault of the co. Great job and my windows (inside and out), tracks and screens are sparkling! Would definitely use them again. We also have used them previously for duct cleaning.

Great! We moved in after having hard wood flooring done and could tell there was dust everywhere including the air ducts. They were very professional and did a great job. What a difference it made! Will use them again in the future for window cleaning as well...very reasonably priced.

It was okay. They were here November of 2015. It cost $205.

Three Everclean workers arrived at approximately 3:30 pm. They were friendly and seemed efficient. One primarily washed the inside of the windows, the other two did the outside. One worker was using a razor tool that looked like a brick with a handle and was scraping it across the outside windows in horizontal lines. I did not see what kind of razor the other one was using. The next day, when the sun came through the windows, there were thousands of horizontal hairline scratches across the windows and around the edges. I called Everclean twice on Monday Dec. 7th, talked to the father of the owner and requested that the owner come to see the damage. He called back and said the owner wasn't willing to come out because they used industry-standard approved tools. He said he talked to the window washers and they said the windows were dirty and already scratched and they used the tools they needed to use to get them clean. I know the south windows were definitely not scratched. I am meticulous and the damage is now very noticeable. All the south-facing windows were new and all were tempered glass. I've had them for about a year, and all are now damaged. The manufacture date of April 21, 2014 is stamped on the glass. The north-facing windows are not new, and I cannot tell if they are scratched because the sun does not come through at the proper angle. I have since talked to several window cleaning and glass experts, and all have said that you never use a razor blade on tempered glass. If a razor is used, it should only be stainless steel blades made by Triumph, and if there is a click when using a blade, you have to stop using it. Instead you have to clean spots with something like very fine steel wool. This is apparently not what they used or did. About two weeks after they cleaned the windows, one of the Everclean employees came to deliver screens I had paid extra for them to fix. I showed him the scratched windows, and he said they should have tested the razor in an inconspicuous place and then should not have continued if it scratched. I also talked to a window film company to see if a film would mask the scratches. The film he installed did not help. In the 28 years that I've had my windows cleaned before this incident, I have never had a window washer scratch my south-facing windows. Because of the angle of the sun and shade from trees, I cannot see if the north-facing windows have ever been scratched by Everclean or any previous washers.

They communicated well as to schedule and arrival time. I bought the service through an Angie's List deal for $235, which included 13 ducts. The count for ducts increased by 6 due to my not realizing that return ducts should be included in the count. I did think the additional cost of $20 per duct was a bit high, as they finished in about 2 hours. But overall the job was well done and we are satisfied with the result.

This was a big deal service and it went fine. They charged about $25 more than the big deal price because I had more windows.

Given the time of year and my schedule, it was alittle tough to find a day and time, but once settled, the company kept me informed of their ability to get there, which I really appreciated. The guys arrived alittle late, but again they called to tell me they would be late. They were very professional and quiet. The dogs liked them. The air in the house is much easier to breath and my sinuses feel less irritated. The first time I used Everclean was for window washing several years ago when I was selling my house. Several of the potential buyers commented on how clean the windows were. I would not hesitate to use Everclean for the duct cleaning or window washing.

The two gentlemen that arrived were professional and polite, yet efficient. Price was more than package deal due to the number of vents in my house, but they looked excellent at the end. There was a mix up with my address, and for some reason they didn't confirm with me before the appointment causing a delay in arrival time.

All went well. The team of two spend nearly three hours cleaning the ducts and return vents. The furnace is now on and there is no dust or dirt in the air. from the air ducts. The system is clean.

Moved furniture to get access to windows but didn't put back before leaving. Left cleaning rags around outside house. Windows had visible streaks after they were through.
