Grant and Mike were very friendly. They were very reasonable and helped us out. They were very professional. There was an additional $20, which that was discussed beforehand for climbing on the roof to get to the vent. I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent. Very thorough, very professional, re-did windows if they felt they did not get them and quot;clean enoughand quot; the first time. Pointed out a couple of windows that have bad seals so we can get them taken care of instead of buying new windows! Will use again and recommend!

Very professional and friendly. They did an excellent job. We have unique windows due to soundproofing for our neighborhood and it required them to remove windows to get to other windows. They could have did the basic clean but they went above and beyond to get all the windows cleaned. I will use them again.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for $59. As our house is nearly 40 years old, we thought there may be some dryer lint build-up in the vent. My only complaint is that you can only make appointments via phone. If you get the company's phone message, it says you can book appointments online. That is not the case. You can send the company a message for them to call you back. It's just a bit inconvenient to book the appointment. Also, I was never contacted the day prior to the appointment to confirm. I ended up calling Everclean myself to make sure they planned to come. The cleaning itself went well. Two representatives came to the house at the scheduled time--they were very friendly and completed the work quickly. Turns out our dryer vent was pretty clean, but $59 was well worth it to have peace of mind.

I had an appointment at 10:30, but Dan called at 9:40, saying his last appointment was shorter than expected and he could come at 10:00. He and his assistant came and got straight to work. They checked in the crawl space and noticed that the vent pipes weren't completely connected, which is why the home inspector noticed lint in the crawl space. They blew out the pipe, and re-attached the dryer hose to the vent. As they were doing that, Dan noticed that the plug for my dryer was 3 pronged and I have a 4 pronged outlet. He advised me to get the plug replaced and did not plug it in, because he was afraid it would not be safe to run the dryer. That saved me from a potential fire, or loss of the dryer later on. They also taped the pipe together in the crawl space to ensure that the vent works properly. I was impressed with their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond what they came here to do. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Our appointment was scheduled for 3 days after my call but had to be rescheduled due to bad weather. The "make up" appointment was quickly rescheduled. They arrived promptly, completed the work efficiently and did an excellent job. The price was very reasonable for the work done!

They were reasonable in price and they went above and beyond I feel like. They did really good. They were prompt. They did what they said they would do and arrived when they said that they would.

Everclean sent someone who was able to repair or replace screens here at my home - no need to remove screens and take them to another location, and also sent another person to wash all the filthy windows in my home - inside and out. They both were very knowledgeable, worked hard and for the entire day, always had a positive attitude and friendly demeanor, and was able to accomplish everything asked for. The window washer was not able to take apart one large window to separate the two panes, and he was so frustrated! I could see why. All the other windows just sparkled and then there was the one that would not cooperate. I was very pleased with the service. For the estimate and the appointment, there was no waiting around for anyone. They were here when they said they would be. The estimate was very close to the final cost and there were no surprises. I would definitely use Everclean again without hesitation.

Everclean did an A-1 job. They came into my house, went about their business, and got the job done with no supervision needed from me. They were courteous, professional and, most impressive, we're able to put my two yapping dogs at ease immediately. I would not hesitate to use them again. They provided such great service, I only wish they did more than duct, vent, gutter, and window cleaning!

The staff from Everclean was very professional. They arrived on time and ready to do the work. They were careful about protecting my new carpet. All 22 of my windows (including basement, garage, main floor, and 2nd story) were nicely cleaned, inside and out. My windows are older and don't all open easily, but the service technicians did whatever was necessary to get the job done on each. They also cleaned my clothes dryer vent, and took extra steps to make sure the entire vent path through the dryer was clear. The staff at Everclean is friendly and polite and pleasant to work with. I've used Everclean in the past for gutter cleaning work, and was pleased with that also.

Dan, the fellow who cleaned the gutters was quite polite and efficient. I have always done the task myself, but I am getting too old to handle the ladder for a second-story task. I have not inspected the gutter, so I have no idea how clean it is. However, I assume it was done well, and I will determine if that is the case when a spring deluge comes! If everything goes well, I will call them next time I need the gutters cleaned.

We bought an 8 year old house and wanted the ducts cleaned before we moved in, due to my husband's allergies. The guys who cleaned our ductwork were fantastic! Friendly and thorough, showed us photos of some of the ducts. I also found out they do windows and snow removal. I will definitely call them again. Completely satisfied with this service.

It was great. I would use them again. They were very nice and congenial. They did a great job. They met my expectations and I'm not easy to please.

I was very impressed by both people who worked on our house - they took their time and answered all the question I had (first time we've had this done). I was wondering if their Rotobrush had sufficient suction though. The next day, after running the system overnight, I checked the furnace filter and it was loaded with dust and clumps of dust. One of the main return ducts also had a lot of dust and clumps of dust (they had pushed the Rotobrush toward that duct) so I was glad I removed that cover and vacuumed that area up the next day.

A little late but called to let me know which I appreciated. Everything went well.

They cleaned the gutters on our house.

The guys did an outstanding job. They got here on time. They were extremely polite and professional and thorough. Our house had never had its vents cleaned and they found bizarre things in the vents -- nails and tin cans that the builders must have left behind 13 years ago. The difference in air quality was dramatically and instantly noticeable. The windows and screens were very dirty and they cleaned them completely, inside and out, upstairs and down, including an oculus window in our living room that required a very tall ladder. They inspected all screens and replaced two screens that had holes at a reasonable cost, not charging for the return visit to re-install the screens. They wanted to replace more screens but were not pushy about it, which put me at ease. This was more than I expected to pay but the work was done very well so it was worth it. With that caveat, I highly recommend this company.

Everclean did a good job on my air ducts. Though they arrived late due to some mix up, they were courteous and professional. To compensate for their late arrival they cleaned the ducts and changed the filter in my crawl space for free. I would use them again both their super competitive pricing which was half what the other guys were charging me and the thorough job that they did.

Everclean was great! They cleaned the windows and vents in our new home prior to us moving in. They were very knowledgable, responsive, professional, and fairly priced. I highly recommend them.
