Our kitchen is beautiful. Everything Emily worked on was fantastic. The work she did not only putting together the style, but also coordinating all of the contractors used by Eheart and through Bill DeForge's business (the General Contractor for the major renovation work) was seamless. The two of them worked as a team and engendered trust and reliability. The remodel ended on-time and on-budget. Emily was straight forward in telling us that the biggest hurdles to staying on budget and ending on time are changes mid-way through the remodel. Eheart works by getting the plan together and ordering the materials before the work begins so that no one is waiting on anything. The best decision made in the whole process was renting an apartment for the two months the work was on-going. We moved back into a beautiful house. That is not to say that everything was perfect. Our bar had to be returned to be resealed and the window treatments came in two weeks after we moved in. However, even with those hitches, Emily remained professional and prompt in taking care of things. With the amount of work we had done, those small items were just an after thought. We look forward to working with Eheart, Emily and Bill when we finally have money again and can finish our basement.
