This was a smooth, easy transaction. I stopped by the showroom and met Bob Huggins. Bob gave me some samples to take, I picked one, he came out to measure, and got the job scheduled when I needed it. Unlike the company I had been using, these guys vacuumed after the install, and it was perfect when I walked in the door.

The selection of carpeting was extensive, in price range, in quality, in color, even in fiber content. You will be able to find whatever you are looking for there. Once you make your selection, the measurement process is quick, electronic, and accurate. You see on the computer just how the carpet will be cut to save you the most square footage, and you can select where seams will fall. (Traffic patterns are taken into consideration.) Often your carpet is available immediately. Due to the large order in our case, we did have a delay as additional carpet had to be shipped across country. Once available, the schedule was quickly set. People arrived on time, worked efficiently and non -stop. Clean up was complete. Nothing got broken or marred. A job well done. A special word here about the actual installers. Reese and Ken were most pleasant to work with. They were skillful, knowledgeable, incredibly strong, and just plain nice guys! They worked so well together, respectful of one another. There was a lot of heavy furniture to move about, as the house was not empty, and they did it without complaint. What a professional experience!

They originally poured a very steep shower pan which we made them redo since it was so awkward to stand on. They they laid the tub surround tile unlevel since they and quot;eyeballedand quot; it. It took then twice as long to fix all their mistakes. Luckily our contractor made them redo it all. Not impressed at all.

If you are looking for something cheap and quick that is the way to go for carpet repair.

To get our home ready to go on the market, we needed to replace the carpet in the entire house. This job went very well. I was very satisfied with the job they did. I need the job to be completed quickly. It was difficult for them but they were able to accomodate my request. They were able to recommend price reduced carpet. Also, there was an issue with old linoleum in one of the bathrooms. They were able to provide a cost effect solution: use a piece that was large enough from the linoleum remnant. They were able to provide no-interest financing. Very satisfied. We have moved out of the area. But if we still lived in Fort Collins, I would use them again for home remodel work. Recommend.

The sales staff in the showroom were infinitely patient as we took sample after sample home to preview. The measurers and installers were on time for their appointments. There was a measurement problem that left one bathroom uncarpeted for a week, but the new pad was in place so the bathroom was still useable, and the company absorbed the cost of the additional carpet. The installers moved furniture between rooms during the installation and did no damage to our belongings. We were delighted with the entire process and recommend Dale's to others.

When we needed to change the date of the installation, all it required was a quick phone call. Because we only got the one estimate, we can't compare the cost. However, when David learned that we had not only emptied the room but also pulled up the old carpet/pad, he took another $58.50 off the bill. The installers, Greg and his daughters, were prompt (clock hit 8:00 a.m. and the doorbell rang), courteous and professional. They also did excellent work. We would be happy to recommend Dale's Carpet One.

The job went well. The estimator arrived at the appointed time and the estimate was provided within a day or two. The installers showed up on time on Thursday 9/12/13 and accomplished their first day's work. They were scheduled to complete the job the following day (Friday), but this area of Colorado was hit by a historic flood, and the installers could not get to our house due to high water. They came out the following Monday to finish the job. All in all, we were pleased with this company and would recommend them.

The construction project went well. Very happy with the results. Would have them do more projects in the future.

It took a little time to get the bid because of vacations. The bid was very detailed including the cost of vinyl, adhesive, moving/re-installing appliances, removing/reinstalling base boards. The installer was an expert on vinyl installation. He cut out pieces of the existing floor that were not adhering to the plywood floor. Then, he smoothed out the entire old linoleum floor because even small ridges might be noticed. The installer did a better job than the estimater on how to lay the floor out. However since only a certain amount of vinyl was purchased for the job, it had to be put down a certain way. This made a few extra seams; but they are nearly perfect; you can't notice them at all. The vinyl was glued to the existing floor. I contrast this with other bids where they wanted to float the vinyl. I'm not sure which is better, but this installer had the expertise to do it the right way. The base boards went back on very nicely; we had to fill in the tiny holes from the brad nailer. All appliances easily went back into place. The floor looks great for a relatively low cost.

My experience went great. I did everything over the phone while I was living somewhere else. I never went in the store. I had scheduled it over the phone. I had chosen the carpet from another Carpet One store. I called them and talked to someone. I was very pleasantly surprised that everything was on time. It was exactly what I wanted. They were in and out exactly when they said they were going to be.

Workmen were prompt and professional.

Everything was good except for the tile-man who did the actual work. He was not punctual and it took him a long time to do the job, but he did an awesome job.

I actually ordered it while I was not even in town. So the company that I could look to see what I wanted in California and order it by phone for Colorado. I never even been to the Colorado shop. They did all that by phone, and it was excellently handled, and everything was perfectly on time, and they did a great job. I thought they were very professional, and on time. They also cleaned up after they finished with their work. I will use them in the future.

It took longer to get us an estimate than it should have. Tile arrived promptly. Installation scheduled shortly thereafter. Installation went very well. Installer was excellent. I bumped professionalism down a notch for two reasons: They have odd rules/charges about what appliances they will/will not handle during installs. They required us to use an alternate provider to get transitions from the tile to hardwood floors (We ended up doing this ourselves). This is the first time I've had a flooring place not provide proper transitions. The installer was very helpful in enabling us to do the transitions ourselves. We have used Dale's before (for carpet, 2 times)... never had issues like these before. I was not impressed by our sales person. Strangely, the sales person from at least 1 of the previous times was unimpressive as well (a different sales person). Still, I'd rather have a mediocre sales person and a great installer any day than the other way around! Dale's installers have all been really good. Installer: A Sales Person: C Despite giving them 3 B's, I gave them an and quot;Aand quot; overall because I knew about all of the oddities up front and having accepted them, all went as planned in a timely and professional manner. Also the and quot;Band quot; in pricing is a near thing... call it a B+.

I called Dales Carpet One, which I found on Angie's List, one month ahead of the time I needed them to estimate recarpeting in a rental condo in Ft. Collins. They arrived on time for the estimate. They even coordinated with the house painter to do installation after the painting was complete. The painter and Dales Carpet One even coordinated the exchange of the property keys in my absence. Dales Carpet One brought sample carpet to the estimate and provided a writen estimate to me via email. They accepted my personal check via the mail, did the installation, attended the walk thru for review of the carpet installation and accepted my personal check for the remainder of the project. They left me extra cust of the carpet, did an excellent job and I will call them again next time I need carpet or tile in Ft. Collins. You can trust these guys to do a good job. I am an out of town owner and I trusted them with keys to a rental condo and they returned them via the mail to me when they were done. These are good guys, that provide a good product at a fair price.

There service and product was excellent. They were prompt. The repsentative helped me pick out colors was excellent to work with and knowlegable.
