James was fantastic. On-time, he did a WONDERFUL job on our cabinets and our backsplash - he made it look easy, though I know it isn't. He put handles on all the cabinets for us even though it wasn't in his scope of work. He cleaned up thoroughly and was absolutely what I'd hoped for in a professional. Thanks!

James is the kind of guy you want to do a job like this. He is exceptionally professional without the polish that makes you wonder if he is blowing smoke up anything. The finished product looks fantastic and is actually better than what I requested (I wanted to match what was already existing and he suggested we use a cap finish instead of the exposed method that had been previously used, no difference in cost and longer life for the boards). James returned all calls, kept to his commitments, and was flexible throughout. I had called other, larger, companies and did not have this level of professionalism. If that was how they were before the job, I figured that would be how they were during the job. My experience with James was of the best kind and I will call on him again when needed.

James Westers came to our house to measure and make sure our order specificatons were right for the needed installation. He was in contact with us on an agreeable time to come and measure and date/time for installation. He was on time, professional, precise, thorough, cleaned up everything, answered all questions and was very personable. I am very impressed with James and his work. He also installs windows, decks, and fences. I know I will be calling him for all future door, window, deck, and fence needs.
