Mike went above and beyond all expectations. For example, the water cutoff valves - and water meter - were under the home, 5 ft from the outer edge. He didn't stop until he found them. He said he always inspects a home as though he were buying it. And his knowledge of building code and materials is prodigious.

I have been in the Real Estate business for over 25 years. In that time I have seen 100â s of Home Inspectors come and go. Mike far exceeds all Inspectors I have used previously combined! Mike eliminates me having to call out a structural engineer, he has worked with them. Mike diagnoses all the trades, heâ s an electrician, a plumber, HVAC specialist, roofer, professional finishing carpenter, appliance repairman, electronic technician etc. Mike works 100% for the prospective buyer! Mike has the most detailed, professional and accurate reports I have ever seen. When I hire Mike I donâ t have to worry about major items being overlooked. Would 100% recommend Mike for your inspection. As a first time home buyer there is a lot to unpack in a house. Mike was a thorough professional that not only inspected the house, but pointed out many home maintenance aspects that many home buyers do not know about. Doing an inspection with Mike is like a crash course in everything about a home. His vast experience in and around homes is apparent in his insight and keen eye during the inspection.
