+ -1 moreI was completely frustrated with trying to fix my computer. It had a rogue antivirus, Trojans, worms, infections, and registry errors. It was very sick. As a result I had to cancel all of my online money matters. I called Dan from a local ad. I'm pretty sure he could hear the desperation in my voice. He assured me that he would be able to help me, and put me at ease. I was expecting to hear that I would have to bring my computer to him and that it would take a week to repair. This was not the case. Dan offered to either come to my house and fix it or to bring it right in to him. I opted to bring it to him that morning. The next day Dan called to tell me my computer was felling better and wanted to come home. (my words) I picked it up, brought it home, plugged it in, and went on Angie's List to post this report. I was very impressed with Dan. He is professional, knowledgeable, personable, friendly, and honest.
