Description of Work: My laptop hard drive failed, while my desktop had unknown issues. They were able to retrieve everything from my laptop HDD, transfer it all to my desktop, and diagnose and fix the issue with my desktop (faulty RAM). They were not great at communicating with me, but were very friendly and concise when they did. They stuck to the quote they gave me, and finished the work when they said it would be done. | |I would use them again! |

Description of Work: I purchased a refurbished computer from Computer Doctors. My only small complaint was that it took a little longer than they said it would to transfer the data from my old computer and install the expanded disc space.

Description of Work: They set up my new computer, transferred all of my files from the old computer, and went through several updates.
