Description of Work: Kathy was a great help in purchasing a home in the Fort Collins area. Since we live a few states away, it was essential to have someone in town who could help us find a place and negotiate all the issues involved with buying a house. She was very responsive and helpful, and went beyond what was required, overnighting documents as needed, providing us advice and references for repairs, and following up afterward to be sure all went well. Would definitely use this group again.

+ -1 moreI first meet Shirley Watson during an job interview when she showed me around town. I felt completely at ease with her and liked her detailed knowledge of the area. When it was time for me to purchase a home, she was the first one I decided to contact. Shirley is very professional and knowledgeable about real estate in the Fort Collins-Loveland area. Her assistant Merilee Ott was the main person I worked with throughout the entire experience. Merilee was great at finding me homes to view and was able to answer all of my questions. She was able to work with my schedule to show me homes. Once I found a place, Shirley helped us negotiate the price and Merilee helped walk me thru all of the details and steps of buying a home. Both Merilee and Shirley work well together as a team and I was extremely happy with their service. I would definitely recommend them to friends who are looking to buy or sell a house.
