Clean freak

Description of Work: Run, don't walk, away from this ****. Chances are she's doing drugs in your house so she doesn't get caught doing them around her kids.

Description of Work: I worked for Clean Freak for a little over 2 months. It was a terrible experience to say the least. The first paycheck I was supposed to get was late by almost 2 weeks. The owner said she just didn't have the money to pay me. She finally paid me 2 weeks later and assured me it would not happen again. One of the oldest employees (the owners friend) stole money right out of my purse, and the owner told me I had to deal with it and talk to her myself. It wasn't professional at all. The owner is hooked on methanphetimine and is so scatter brained that we would show up to houses that weren't scheduled, we would miss houses that we were supposed to clean. Just in the short time I was there, the owner lost a lot of clients due no not showing up. I was brand new and went and cleaned houses by myself most of the time not knowing where my boss was... The customers loved the job me and my coworker did, and work was not that bad when the owner wasn't around. People would call the owner wanting to hire her to clean their house and she would have me answer the phone to schedule an estimate, then she would miss the estimate and would make me answer the upset customers phone call and make up excuses. I feel really bad for all of the potential customers that wasted their time trying to get a hold of the owner. And all of the customers that my boss would forget about... Today was payday and I was owed 644.00 for last week. I worked 43 hours. I keep track of my hours and write them in my planner every day for myself and the 2 other employees because the owner has never kept track of anyone's hours. The owner Nyssa told me today that there is no way she owes me that and refused to pay me. Even though this job was not the best job and the conditions were poor, I still worked VERY HARD and ALWAYS impressed the customers that I cleaned for. I am an honest and hard working mother of 4, and the owner of just like new refused to pay me. I am out 644.00 now. I filed a report a d am taking care of it legally. I want to warn others, do not work for this company! The owner is so far gone on methanphetimine that she doesn't know right from left. It is very sad and I wish I had never put so much effort into working the long hours just to not get paid. I rate this company 1 star. I would rate a zero if I could.
