CARPET EXCHANGE

I had a terrible experience with this company. They cut the carpet short and patched it up with a small strip that came up when we vacuumed the carpet. They damaged the carpet upstairs and tried to cover it up. They did finally get that replaced however. They ruined the top of our dresser. They to this day they refuse to accept responsibility for our ruined dresser and baseboards. I am highly disappointed and would never recommend them to other people

The end results were not good, with the exception of the tile, which was exemplary. We spent a small fortune with this company. They do not care about quality, and they do not care about their customers AFTER the sale. There are plenty of other choices out there, and I’d suggest you not employ Carpet Exchange.

Needed Carpet to spruce up the basement before I moved. They were reasonable and worked with us to get it done even after we had left town.

We did save a LOT of money (we got a smokin deal), but the tile color did not match the color and shading we were shown in the store samples and there were multiple delays in getting the tile in which tied our master bath remodel up for two additional weeks (in addition to the time it took to do the job). Gwen at Carpet Exchange was for them most part uncommunicative (she did call us once the delay became significant, but it didn't get resolved any more quickly, she was unable to get it taken care of any more quickly). Wouldn't use them again, even with the money saved, what a hassle and really no apology from their management and no effort to try to speed things up when it was acknowledged they had dropped the ball.

It was an average to good experience, nothing remarkable good or bad. They have a large selection, a little bit high pressure, but completed the job well.

Bad, I guess they want us to take our business elsewhere, which we will gladly do.
