+ 0 moreBrandt is very honest, meticulous and absolutely shows up right on time. His prices are very reasonable. In terms of price, it is the best. He was quite professional. I would use his services again in the future. If I need, I would call him first.
Description of Work: We used Brandt Irion for handyman services. He repaired a water filter on the tap water. We had the parts and he put them on.

Description of Work: This individual provided general handyman repairs to a household. The work he performed was of decent quality but it seemed he was quite slow in finishing the jobs. His hourly rate was reasonable but is justified due to the length of time to perform the repairs.

+ -1 moreHe is virtuoso. His pricing is very reasonable also.
Description of Work: He has done a lot of things for us around the house. He most recently fixed a plumbing issue we were having with our sink. Last year he created some cement footings that keep our roof from blowing away. He also installed some dimmer switches for us. He is good with electrical wiring and he even fixed our thermostat.
