Brand Source provides service for items purchased from Appliance Factory Warehouse which are under their extended warranty. We had an error code on a two year old cook top in February, but it still worked. After the first tech came and replaced a part in March it stopped working completely. They've been out three times since and they haven't been able to repair it despite throwing parts at it. Several times the technician was either over an hour late or never showed up at all with no call or text. It has now been almost three months that we have been without a working cook top.

The provider was scheduled to come and do an install on wednesda the 9thy. They called and said the would be there. Later that day they called and said that they wouldnt come because one of their installers had been in a car wreck. They rescheduled for the following Monday. They no showed. They also didnt reply to several phone messages and when i did finally talk to someone they said they would personnally call the installation supervsor and have them call me. They never called. When i called back they again said the would call him and have him call me. I also asked that the person i was talking to call me bck and confirm they had gotten ahold of the installation supervisor. Again the didnt call and the person i was talking to didnt call back either. I called the [presidents hotline and left a message but no one ever called me back (see a pattern here?) The next day, Tuesday they called me at work and said they were on the way to install the hood. I told them that wouldnt work as I was at work. They rescheduled for Friday 8-10. Friday they no showed. Same pattern. I called and left messages or talked to a front desk person who said they would call back, which they never did. At 330 I finally spoke to the installtion manager who apologized and said they would reschedule for the next week and I could have any day and time that worked for me. I told him their customer service sucked and why would i possibly use them. I even asked him if it was his house would he keep taking time off work to be there only to have them no show? He said he would probably use someone else himself. I WOULD NOT USE BRAND SOURCE unless your time doesnt matter or you like being told one thing over and over only to have a different thing happen.

Cleaned up after they were finished. Installer did a great jobs on seams. Cabinet that was cut down fit perfectly.
Description of Work: Remade cabinet to fit new appliances. Installed molding.

Andrew did a great job. He was on time and left the area clean when done. I have been waiting a long time to get this done and really thought it was a two person job. Andrew managed it by himself and was great to work with.
Description of Work: Installed custom cabinet above refrigerator. Caulked all the margins after installation and adjusted the doors so the met and were even with the other cabinets.
