Dave came out the same day we called. He looked at the job and discussed solutions. Being that this was the 2nd leak within a few months, replacing the waterline made more sense than trying to locate a leak and patch it. As we had an alternate source of water, Dave said he would start in 2 days and finish by Friday afternoon. He located the original copper line at the house and trenched from the house to the meter, (at the street). He found that the copper only ran a few feet and then there was plastic tubing. He laid a 1" poly line to replace the 3/4" line, added a "tracer" wire so that it could be easily located, sleeved the tubing where required due to a septic field and backfilled the trench. While he did have the water fixed when he said he would, he didn't complete the back filling for a few days... not a big deal to me. He wasn't always the most punctual, as noted by other reviewers, but he was thorough, knowledgeable and professional. I will call him again.

Our basement had flooded. Arrowhead services came out the same day to investigate and give an estimate. They stepped up and rerouted the septic main and did a fantastic job.

This was actually a pretty trying exercise for the contractor, since the ground water turned out to be pervasive and nearly overwhelming. David ended up doing far more work than planned and it took quite a bit longer because of that. However, Arrowhead kept all involved fully informed on their difficulties and progress and honored their bid. Throughout this project, lesser contractors might have taken some easily hidden short cuts to reduce their mounting costs, but Arrowhead did the right thing to get the project done properly. I think this contractor acts with very high integrity and does excellent work. I would not hesitate to work with him again. I have not encountered many contractors that are direct, truthful and focused on doing the right thing. David and Arrowhead Services certainly are all of those things.
