I have been going here to fix all my appliances for years. I think I've saved thousands of dollars by just finding the right part and putting it in. They are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The other day, he looked at a part and said: This is the right replacement part number for a refrigerator thermostat but it does not look right to me for this fridge. Sure enough he was right.
Another time he told me how to diagnose a problem easily. I would much rather support this local business than buy parts online.

Overall experience was excellent. went to the store and immediately got waited on and they had the part I needed. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. My friend then installed it into the refrigerator and it worked as expected.

Working on a rental in which we have just added a washer/dryer as amenities, we were at a loss on how to get into the commercial style dryer, even though we knew it was not heating. So we went to our favorite appliance parts store (11 miles away) and they showed us the diagram on the computer on how to access the inside and also how to tell if it was the element and/or the thermal fuse, and replace them. They printed off both the diagrams for us and we bought both parts. They said they would hold our check a few days in case we did not need one or the other part, and could bring the unopened part(s) back. We went back to the dryer and got inside and immediately could see that a wire had burned away from the connector, which we easily replaced. We checked the element and it was intact. So we plugged it in and voila! it worked! We returned both parts and offered to pay the 20% restocking fee, which they refused to take! Their advice and printed-out diagrams saved us at least $150-200 for a service call. And their only request was that we keep on coming back, and we definitely will !
