If you hire him do not pay up front, he kept asking for money and raising the prices. He has not finished yet and now I cannot get a hold of him. He is avoiding us now that he has the money. His contract does not break down what he will charge for and he will keep wanting more and more money. He is really nice and charming. He talks a good talk but is not organized and some of his people do not do very good work. I need my job completed properly.

I hired A.P. Excavation to demo my very large sloped back yard, my deck, and the cement pad. My backyard was full of rotted timbers, trees, and rock. From my very first interaction with Paul, he, his sons and the crew, were true professionals. They arrive on time and they are attentive to detail and my requests. They are fast, efficient, and they show up even on cold snowy days. They always shut off their machinery to say hello to me when I step out of my front door. They are happy and communicative about their progress. They went way beyond expectations. This morning they were blowing the snow off my sidewalk and stoop to the front door even though they were working in the backyard. Every evening they make sure they clean everything up. They even snow plowed for me. Itâ s these little touches of client astonishment that were totally mind-blowing for me. They have a "can-doâ  attitude. Iâ ve worked with many contractors and never before have I had the complete trust and belief in an organization like A.P. Excavation. They are very hard workers. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Today I met the professionals with A.P. Excavation and Landscaping and they changed my attitude about a job I have been putting on the back-burner for years...Belaboring where to begin. Paul & his sons Angel & Anthony did a superb job! We have a beautiful stamped concrete patio & walkway. We were impressed with everything they did. Every single crew was very well versed in all the specific details of his job assignment. All the men were pleasant and took pride in cleaning the work areas after they finished each step of the process. Both our neighbors viewed their work & want estimates for projects they're going to do later. There's no better reference than that!

Crew worked hard to remove trees and shrubs in our backyard which was covered in snow. Price was reasonable and personnel was courteous and knowledgeable.

I hired Paul and Angel for a small initial project and was so impressed with their efficiency, professionalism, and care for my home that I ended up hiring them for my entire fence project. They both listened so well to my concerns, and created excellent solutions for my yard. I plan to hire this company moving forward with my full landscaping project. Paul and his sons did a great job removing an old fence, a stump and retaining wall for us. They were very fast to an estimate, showed up quickly to do the work, and they were careful to preserve some grapevines that we did not want damages. I definitely recommend A.P. Excavation!
