Description of Work: My water heater died on a Saturday. I called Alpha on Monday Morning and they were superb! They came out THAT DAY and replaced the water heater. I had to call them back the next day as the furnace needed to be relit from the gas being shut off and they came out and corrected it. I appreciate all they did and WILL use them in the future.

It went great, we had a leak in an old galvanized pipe that required turning off the water to the house. We were having a lot of trouble finding a plumber to work on it on short notice, but they were able to stop by and give us thoughts right away, and then extend their day after their last appointment to get it fixed. It was both an emergency and a strange plumbing situation and it worked out really well.

I enjoyed the provider quite a bit and he left me with options for the future regarding replacing parts, if need be.
Description of Work: My hot water heater was on the blink, no hot water. Jamie came out on a Sat. to look at it and also educated me quite a bit. He dismantled the control assembly to inspect it, changed a few wires and replaced it and practiced lighting the burner a number of times. Although I may have to eventually replace the assembly for now the water heater is working. He also gave me great ideas of how to get more air circulation in the area, which is needed as I am in old town and things were kind of squished in a bit.

They did an excellent job. I wrote a bad review before because they weren't very responsive, but they came out, finished the job 2 days earlier than planned. They were very friendly and courteous, They did an excellent job once they got out here. I was impressed at their thoroughness and the way they showed me that everything was working. I would recommend them, just plan ahead (because they are very, very busy).

We had a really great experience with this company.
Description of Work: Jamie was great. Alpha plumbing scoped our sewer line and then cleaned the roots. They arrived when they said they would and did a great job. They also installed a gas line for our new gas range. They were quick and efficient, and the work was done great. I would highly recommend Alpha Plumbing

It went very well as far as a catastrophy can. Jamie was prompt and professional. He also gave me information on what I needed to do next and referred me to contractors he has worked with.

He showed up on time. Did the job the way he said it would be done. Finished on time and no problems. He had everything in his vehicle and did not have to run around town or order any parts. That is how all our experiences with him have been.
