I am a local expert Realtor (and proud mom of three!) that prides herself on knowing all of the local neighborhoods and schools, especially as it pertains to differences between them and why one might be a better fit than another based on your interests. Owning my own boutique firm allows me to offer much more flexibility and personal service than you will find with a "Big Brand" until it's too late. However, my reach and market penetration is just as deep, having full access to the MLS and other marketing channels. Having my MBA in Marketing also helps me to stay on top of trends and customize a campaign for you, the one-size-fits-all approach does not cut it anymore in this market, I made this industry my full-time career, not just a part-time job. My goal is to find the best fit for you and your family, not just hit a certain number of closings every month - that's why I started my own company after working for the others. My husband (and business partner) and I also do fix and flips so we know that market extensively as well. Excellent! We used Alison to help us find a condo in Ft. Collins. We had limited time and had need to expedite the process. Allison found us a great place, the same day we contacted her. She also helped us expedite the closing. More importantly, on several occasions we've asked Alison for additional information such as recommendations for service providers, market comparisons, etc. She has always responded in a timely genuinely helpful way.
