Description of Work: Removed insulation from an attic space. Although I had a confirmed appointment and paid the 25% upfront as they required the didn't show up in the morning. When they didn't show up I called to see if they could give me a ballpark time so I didn't have to wait at the location all day. About an hour after that someone called back to tell me that the contract hadn't been approved by corporate and that they could reschedule for another day. I told them that I specifically took time off to be there and that I couldn't have them come for another week as I would be out of town. Plus I had already waited there several hours. They clearly knew that they weren't coming and didn't bother to call me and tell me. I had to track them down or they would have let me wait there for an entire day. Then they had the crew foreman call instead of the people at the office. Poor guy, he got an earful. Complete disrespect for my time. Once they got there a week later they did a good job. I was happy with the service.
