All Star Cleaning Services of Fort Collins

I spoke with the company's representative on the phone and explained that we had high standards and that in order to meet those expectations it would be necessary for them to send out a highly experienced cleaning crew. I was assured by the company representative that they would send out a crew that met those standards. When the "cleaning crew" arrived they were just beyond high school age. We immediately called their office and said we would not be using their services.

Very Impressed! From the initial inquiry to the finished job, is was a pleasure to work with Laura and her team! The cleaning team did an amazing job. They went above and beyond. Even for a first-time clean, I was impressed with the amount of things they tackled. They were professional, friendly and diligent the entire time! (No personal phone calls, at all. Which is sadly rare these days.) And they were TERRIFIC with my crazy dogs - which really made me feel comfortable with using them even when I am not at home. Invaluable!!!

All star has been OK. The cleaning of the house is done fairly well it does depend on which team you get. I feel that the office has some major communication issues. I have had to be very patient working with them. It has been frustrating and I have considered changing cleaning services.

The day after our cleaning was scheduled, we were moving into a new home with an attached apartment. They were supposed to clean the two kitchens and all the bathrooms. Two very young people were sent for this job. They were about an hour late with no heads up, and arrived sans apology. I had scheduled them for several hours, and emphasized that while I wanted everything in the rooms scrubbed and cleaned, I wanted them to pay special attention to all of the cabinets, inside and out. They did NOTHING. I don't mean a bad job, I mean NOTHING. They didn't clean. There were still cobwebs on some of the cabinets. While they were still here my husband wiped up a toilet with visible dirt. I had to remind them to clean certain areas. When I pointed out that a cabinet was still visibly dirty, the girl smirked at me and said, "He didn't clean that yet," like I was an idiot. But I saw the other cleaner doing it. I had to wipe up visible grim on a counter she had already worked on, while they were still in the house! But it was the day before moving, I had a million things going on, and I chalked it all up to few missed things, but no big deal. However, the next morning, while waiting for the moving truck, I realized they actually did next to nothing. Everything was filthy. I was hysterical. This was something I absolutely didn't want to do in the midst of the move and chasing around a toddler. But, my mom and I ended up spending much of the first week in my new house - not unpacking and settling in - but scrubbing the kitchens and bathrooms. I really, truly believe these two were trying to scam me. There is no other explanation. I can't prove this, but I think they even dumped dirty bucket water (from whatever section of floor they actually mopped) into my jacuzzi bathtub. Before that day, the tub was clean, at least on the surface. After that day, there was a ton of visible dirt. Like someone actually dumped dirt or dirty water into the tub and didn't clean it up. I cannot fathom any other explanation for how it got there. The only good thing was that I called and emailed the owner and demanded my money back. She refunded all of it immediately and apologized.

The office staff was responsive but couldn't get a crew out for over a week. I'd warned them that our tenant left the place really messy. The two young women that showed up spent a lot of time preparing to clean. I ran to the store and when I got back they'd gone leaving a note saying they were sorry but their allergies prevented them from cleaning. I walked the house and saw no evidence of cleaning. I was charged $81.00 dollars for 2 1/2 hours of cleaning! When I called the office Angel agreed to remove the charge and see about getting someone else out to clean. A week later the charge was still on my account. Angel never called back. I called the office and another woman agreed to remove the charge but warned me it might take awhile. I am still watching my account to see if and when I get a refund. Overall it was a frustrating experience.

It was difficult getting in contact with this provider initially so I'll know not to expect a quick turnaround. After I connected by email the response was much better and the service was excellent. The cleaners went above and beyond providing service in other areas of the home not specified and doing some detail work in the bathroom and blinds.

This was the third cleaning in 3 months. We had hopped they would get things right after a couple of visits, but this did not happen. The last two times they missed the basement completely. On the final visit, the stove was still dirty. The master shower was still dirty. The laundry room sink was not even touched. They had two cleaners here for exactly 65 minutes. This was for $135.00. That works out to be about $70 per hour. I know the exact times becase the garage door records each open and close. This type of shoddy work is not what we were promised up front. We've had cleaners for 20 years, and for us, this was one of the worst. I would compare the cleaning to what you might find at a medium priced hotel. Surface only.

The team at All Star Cleaning is wonderful! They do an outstanding cleaning job. You only have to tell them what you want once and it gets done! I had several house cleaners before moving to Fort Collins and finding these wonderful people! None of the others were anything like this team! They are the best I've experienced and my house is spotless after they are done! The office staff is friendly, efficient and provide outstanding customer service! I highly recommend!

Natashia is always friendly, professional, and striving to provide better service. She keeps it business like while maintaining a friendly attitude and assuring the job is completed to our satisfaction.

We have tried a number of different cleaning services in Fort Collins and All Star is by far the best service in Larimer County. We regularly have Grace and Sebby clean our home and they always do a fantastic, thorough job. We are very satisfied and will continue to use All Star in the future.

They cleaned bathrooms,kitchen,by drooms and vacuumed .

Tamra and Amber arrived on time and went right to work, accommodating me by starting in the family room instead of my bedroom. I liked the way they cleaned the space they were in including vacuuming, rather than ending with the vacuuming, for instance.

Sarah Jane and Alicia have been efficient and thorough. They even called me before they arrived on a day I was off work so I could lrave and run errands and not be in their way. I am very happy with All Star Cleaning.

I have been with All Star Cleaning for many months now and I just had to give a review! I came home today at the usual time to find a common occurrence that I ALWAYS look forward to!?the work is no where near common however:)?just the opposite..my home is extraordinarily clean! I have hard wood flooring in every room, a large home that requires a lot of work.. four bath as well and every inch of my home was sparkly clean! :) Kayla, who is my regular girl, I can't say enough about her or can I live now without her helping hands as I admit I'm very spoiled by her, Today Kayla brought Deborah another All Star employee and what an amazing pair they make! both of them worked incredibly hard to make my home perfect, also I love how they are so eager to please and always leave a note asking what else can they do next time to make it even better!! I love that about the All Star team?their work ethic is through the celing!?these girls are rock star cleaners and I Highly recommend them! BTW I also LOVE the communication the company has with their clients?like you are family to them, compassionate, and warm yet very professional!

Had a lot of house cleaners but All Star is the best. Nobody is perfect, but.... they take responsibility for any problems/miscommuications.Their level of professionalism is a cut above the rest. Erin and Megan are cheerful and polite. We actually enjoy them while they are here. They get to work right away, no personal phone calls here. I would definitely recommend All Star.

My team at All Star, Amanda, Heather and Alicia, are extremely professional, friendly and willing to do whatever is needed to get my home back in order. They arrive promptly and get right to work while being very respectful as I work from home. They are in and out quickly, with everything gleaming once finished and I barely notice they are here. They are also super adaptable as it seems each time they come I switch it up a bit on them. I've done the initial clean to get things to a maintenance stage as well as the bi-monthly clean and both were competitively priced. I look forward to my next cleaning day. Update to my 1st Review: We left All Star. All Star started out great in late 2014, but as we continued service the customer service diminished and the team's were never consistent and often late.

I'm in a tough situation and a little help. More compassion or perhaps a recommendation to another service might have been appropriate since their web site indicates that they do move-out/in cleaning. Also, an apology would have been nice.

Two young people (one girl, one boy) arrived (I was surprised at how young they were, though I did not ask ages). We toured areas to be cleaned. They split up and girl cleaned upstairs, boy downstairs. My house contained things to be carried downstairs and stored in my garage due to some wall paper removal/painting upstairs and down. Boy helped me with some boxes. I have scheduled them for another clean on 8/8/14 which would be a monthly clean for $150. I hope to be finished with my decluttering by then. I will be having company for about a week. The office person is very nice to talk to and very helpful.

They're doing a great job. We still use them. They're prompt and they're dependable and they do a good job.

It was not good. It was not what I expected. They didn't clean the house like I thought they were going to clean it. Over the phone they told me it was going to be like extreme clean and they would come in and clean everything and they told me it was 5 hours but really it was 2 people for two and a half hours. And, once their time was up, they were done. They were nice.

They did a pretty good job, but one of my pet peeves with many cleaning services is that when they dusted, they only swiped off the front of our shelves, they didn't pick up the items to dust them or to dust under them. As we only have three small shelves for decoration with a few items this seemed pretty lazy.

They were better than I expected. The crew did a really good job, they left the place spotless. I was really impressed with them. They responded to my calls and emails right away. I would use them again.

They came on time, did a great job, they are always friendly and efficient. I love this company.

How did it go? I can't say since I wasn't able to ever book the service. This is the second time something like this has happened to me with a service provider from Angie's List and I'm appalled to see that this company is STILL running the same bait and switch offer as a Big Deal. I clearly explained to the salesperson that I was willing to consider ongoing cleaning services but, I wasn't willing to sign up for regular service and give them my credit card number before I used the Big Deal that I had already paid for and saw the quality of the work. Why would I do that? if this company has found that it isn't profitable for them to offer a service at this price, why are they still trolling for business with this offer? This doesn't subscribe to any ethical business practice and no reputable tradesperson that I've dealt with behave this way. Deeply disappointed with both this company and with Angie's List.

I found All Star Cleaning on Angie's List. They have exceeded my expectations. They always address the cleaning areas that are important to me. I am very please will the service All Star provides.
