A ONE LOCKSMITHING

Ray re-keyed a couple of locks and installed a new lockset. He is always on time and a pleasure to work with.

I lost my house key at the mailbox bank mid afternoon. I called and they came quickly. Prompt, friendly, polite, thorough, and a great price. Call them! I will again!

The locksmith called to confirm the appointment, he called before he arrived and was on time. He explained what he was going to do, reviewed the overall cost and asked for confirmation. He went right to work and finished in a reasonable time.

At our appointment, he took care of the locks we needed and cheerfully answered a bunch of my dumb questions about other lock-related issues in the house. He found a broken piece in our front door lockset. He took that back to his shop, called the manufacturer to get a free replacement and installed it at no charge. He gave us some great advice, did the work we asked and charged a fair price. Next time we need a locksmith, we won't even consider anyone else.

I use A One Locksmithing often because I take care of several homes that are vacant. Each time a home comes into my inventory I call A One Locksmithing and Ray is always very accomodating. He can usually get to the home the same day. Or if I call late in the day it's the very next morning, for sure. I also locked myself out of my car recently and he came and helped right away. He's a gem! I always recommend him because he is always there when he says he will be, he's good at what he does and he's funny!
