Veronica is really awesome. I was back in Fort collins for a brief five days the beginning of October and Veronica made herself available within an hour of being contacted. She kept me infomed every step of the way and always consulted with me before any decisions were made. When necessary she was available seven days a week even when on a long week-end or vacation. She also provided a back up for me to call if she was going to be out of town. She has a very pleasant personality but was also very strong when it was needed. She definitely went above and beyond by working closely with my real estate agent to insure my home was ready to go on the market the end of April. I went with Veronica after reviewing her on AngiesList and because I wanted someone who provide the personal attention I was looking for that I did not receive from larger companies in the past. Veronica met all my expectations and more. If I every have a home in Fort Collins again, although not very likely, I would definitely have Veronica as my property manager and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a property manager.

Veronica has been wonderful to work with. She is knowledgeable, responsive, thorough. She has gone far beyond my expectations and I'm very grateful that she is the property manager for my townhouse. I am out-of-town and it is a relief to know that she is in charge of it. She has been in contant touch to make sure that I am informed on all progress. She contacts repair services, meets them at the residence, and ensures that their costs are fair and in line. She responds immediately to any questions I have. The townhouse is rented and I could not be happier. I would recommend Veronica's services 100%.

The experience working with Veronica was perfect. She was prompt in everything she did, she stood behind our agreement and worked hard to make sure that we did not have to worry about anything. Veronica is very good at managing properties. Even though she had her hands full she was still able to take any issues we had and handled it without us having to lift a finger. Today we are working with Veronica as a landscape maintenance contractor and I can say that from a contractors perspective she is very professional and get results for any problems that her client might encounter. In many cases she handles the onsite issues before the client has any knowledge them. She is thorough and organized in everything she does. I would highly recommend Veronica to anyone who is looking to have a property managed or sold. You wont find a better agent in Northern Colorado.
