To start with I contacted Absolute Septic late on a Friday evening, the next day Tim, the owner, made a considerable amount of attempts to get a hold of me via my cell phone which I was having problems with. Later that afternoon after I finally got my cell phone issues straightened Tim finally got a hold of me. I was on a tight time frame since I was about to go out of town that following Tuesday, but Tim had already penciled me in for service on Monday before even talking with me. Chris of Absolute Septic showed up on time, first thing Monday morning. He was pleasant and knowledgeable and got right to work. He provided me with a couple different pamphlets about how septic tanks worked and what I needed to know. Chris took his time to answer questions and gave me some instructions for a couple maintenance items. Being a complete rookie when it comes to septic systems I feel very comfortable now about having a house with a septic tank system and know that I have a reliable and professional septic service company ready to help me out if and when I need them. One of the best things was I was surprised when I was presented with the bill, it was for less than I figured. Job was do to be complete Dec 30th, then it was Jan 7th. The system didn't get installed for another few weeks. The communication was terrible. I understand weather and other items but that needs to be communicated.

It was done in a professional, competent manner. He did it on a Saturday, which was totally unexpected. He price was fair and he was honest with us and informed me that it would be cheaper to get someone from town for the remainder of the job, since they were from out of the city. I was completely pleased and would highly recommend them!

I contacted them to pump my septic tank. Tim informed me we would be required to put a riser and new cap on the second tank. Chris came on a Saturday and gave me a price. He also suggested that because they were from Florrisant, that we might be able to have the actual pumping done cheaper by some one who was closer to our address. I did contact a firm from the Colorado Springs area who gave us a much cheaper price and was able to perform the pumping within a day. I felt that both Tim and Chris were honest, prompt, and pleasant to work with. I would definately recommend them.

Called this provider twice and never got a call back.

Fantastic. I never thought I'd have such great things to say about a septic tank guy, but he really saved our bacon. First he helped us get our septic system back up and running after we had the disaster of it freezing solid. Then he proactively kept track of our issue and contacted us when it was time for the next step. Just yesterday he called us because he's been working on a solution to fix a problem with the tank, and he thinks he has figured it out. I am so impressed with his professionalism and thoroughness.

A guy called Camathy came over from the company Absolute Septic. He was very thorough. He checked all my lines and made sure everything was working properly. I really appreciated his work.

Timothy is a gentleman and very honest. I am truly pleased with his work, his kindness, and his prices.
