Was very pleased with the results, their report, and helpful suggestions for taking care of our heating system. Also checked the humidifier unit, and recommended a place to get a filter for it. Professional, courteous, timely, and overall a good value for what was done.

First when we scheduled the appointment on Tuesday 6/11/13 the receptionist was very friendly and apologetic about not getting us an appointment right away, and set us up for Thurs 6/13/13 but said if they had any cancellations she would call us. She called the next morning and was able to get someone out to us that afternoon. Steve was our technician. He showed up early, which we didn't mind. He said he tried to call us first to make sure that was okay. He was very professional and knew what the problem was right away. He was honest and advised us that the compositor needed to be replaced and that he only had a universal part that cost about $30.00 more than what our air conditioner needed. He tried to see if he could save us $30.00 by getting us the other part. It would take two days to order it, but we decided to go with the $60.00 part just to get our air conditioner fixed since it was soooo hot outside and in our house without the air. He replaced the part and repressurized the system in less than an hour. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
