+ 0 moreHe did a couple of things for us that were just fine, but then he just must have decided we didn't have enough money for him. He gave us a broken control box, said he replaced the box for the pipes in the front, but when I opened it there were spider webs and it obviously hadn't even been opened before. Then he refused to answer calls. I cancelled the check.
Description of Work: Fixed up our system. The first time OK. I called him back to get a new box and he gave me an old one that was broken, then refused to respond to phone calls.

+ -1 moreI contacted Buckingham's several times before my call was returned. After assuring me he could diagnose the sprinkler problem if no one was home, he came and wasn't able to do it. I arranged to meet him a few days later but he never called on the day of the appointment and didn't return my call until several days later. He seemed like a pleasant fellow on the phone but I finally gave up after several weeks and called A-1
Description of Work: I tried to get my sprinkler system fixed ( a zone with low flow rate).
