I was out of town in the months leading up to my house closing and Jeni went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything went smoothly. She set up all of the inspections and was present at the property to assist when I couldn't be there. She walked me through the whole process and explained the details every step of the way. I was always able to reach her by phone and/or email and, when she wasn't immediately available, she returned all calls or emails within a couple hours (even over the weekend). Furthermore, she took it upon herself to scan and email all applicable paperwork to me since I couldn't be there to see the hard copies. After closing, when her job was essentially done, she still went out of her way to check in with me and also helped me get in touch with local services (snowplowing, natural gas, landscaping) in the area. Her patience and professionalism was extraordinary. The excellent customer service was like a breath of fresh air. I will definitely call upon her in the future and have already recommended her to friends and family.

It was a very complete service. Jeni had all the information I needed about the area. Things that I needed to consider for buying in that area. She gave recommendations on places to stay when I was looking for the land and recommended several excellent restaurants. She had recommendations on the best places to do food shopping as well as who the best company to call for getting a well dug. She spent quite a bit of time showing me many different pieces of property, and yet I never felt rushed and I never had the feeling that I was asking her to show me too many pieces of land. She is highly professional and was always very engaging and enjoyable to be with. She went above and beyond her normal role in helping me with an agricultural lease for the property. She took care of it after I had purchased the propery and after I had returned to Baltimore. She even got a picture of a local rodeo bull rider that my daughter had heard about! She is a bright, interesting person who I would not hesitate to recommend.
