Had the pleasure of working with Rob at the Phoenix Group, who assured my expectations were met. After a waterline break at my property on Indian Mountain, their team did a phenomenal job with the pack-out, storage, and water mitigation, as well as installing the new carpet and working with USAA. I can definitely recommend them.

Troy is excellent and has quality employees and subcontractors who worked really hard during a cold snowy time of the year to restore our property from significant water damage. Troy has valuable experience working with insurance adjusters/companies to obtain a fair settlement for the cost of repair. Thanks, Troy, Sal, Clay and the rest of the Phoenix team! Job well done!
