house cleaning
+ -1 moreIt went well for a while. But this was a couple, and the lady is nuts. She shows up and first thing she does is turns on her radio or cd player full blast christian music. Then she starts blathering about the neighbors with their bigger houses, and how they are better customers, and been with her longer. Eventually, it becomes her trying to position herself as the dominant player on one's own home. Then when she decided that the tile in our kitchen wasn't to her liking, (it was a distressed-look tile) and wanted to clean it, scour it, to the point that it was bleached out and looked totally unnatural, we decided it was time for her to go. She was argumentative, loud, and condescending. I would never, ever hire them again. Again, it was all about her trying to become dominant over her client. This is a potentially unsafe position to be in.

window cleaning
+ -1 moreI don’t think they were superlative but they were more than adequate and the price was fair. Our regular window cleaner wasn’t available that is why we used them so I am not sure if I would use them again or not.
Description of Work: I used Twinkling of an Eye to clean the outside of the windows.

+ 1 moreRosie and Greg have cleaned our house and windows for the last 13 years. They are great. Very nice, reliable, honest, trustworthy and they do a great job. We always enjoy coming home after they have cleaned the house and they have house-sit / and taken care of our cat while we have been on vacation as well.
