Description of Work: They are fantastic. Our rugs (6) of them look like new. They were prompt and very professional. Communication was great and they don't try to over charge. Highly recommend. I will use them again.

+ 0 moreIt was very nice. You really have to know what you are doing to handle this and they did. They valued the carpet for us. There were some tears on the carpet and they gave us some cost for those to get fixed. They gave us different options. That was nice of them to do that since they would not be the ones doing the repairs.
Description of Work: They cleaned a silk on silk Turkish carpet. It was a very delicate fabric.

+ -1 moreMike not only did a better job than the last company we used, but he was quick, efficient, and left the carpet noticeably dryer than other companies, which means he spent more time extracting. We were very pleased, and will use this company again next time.
Description of Work: Mike from Mt. Pro-Tek did our carpet cleaning, and we were very pleased. We have two dogs, and one of them had been sick; we had some pet stains that we were very concerned about.

Description of Work: Full house carpet deep cleaning. Included several rooms and a difficult to clean carpet spiral stairway.
