We interviewed several contractors for our renovation and we were impressed with Luke Mann immediately. During our interview he openly shared contact information for some of his subcontractors and made some fantastic suggestions with our overall design. We vacated the house for the summer and Luke coordinated the entire project keeping us posted on a daily basis. We were truly amazed at the efficiency and care that he took with all. We are planning a few more projects inside and out and look forward to working with Luke and his team on every single one!

I?m one of these people who feel that much of the ?service? in the service industry has been lost. So when I run across a company and/or individual that provides exemplary service and customer attention, I like to call them out. I asked Luke Mann (owner of Rangeline Homes) to come out to take a look at a project we had in mind and provide an estimate. This was a small project that was basically an extension of an external stairway we had completed earlier in the season. Luke was on time, professional and had some great ideas. While I think we both knew this wasn?t the right project for us to engage on; what really struck me was the time, respect, and attention to detail that Luke provided during our meeting. In the end, we used our original contractor to maintain consistence of look and feel, since it was an extension of the previous project. However, I will be looking for future opportunities to engage with Luke and Rangeline, as he exemplifies the type of company and individual that I want to work with.
