I purchased the stove including installation. There was some mixup in the installation date, but was not a problem. The price was competitive in this area. The salesman explained the features and capabilities of their various stoves are recommended one appropriate for my requirements. The installers spent time covering the carpets to make sure there was no damage during installation and removal of the old stove.. They had a vacuum cleaner running almost all of the time. When the old stove was removed, the old pipe from the stove only extended about five feet up the chimney. The result was a hugh buildup of ash around the pipe at the bottom. Although this met the manufactures specifications, it created a very messy situation and could have eventually became dangerous.. The installers extended the new pipe all the way to the top of the chimney. They also cleaned the chimney. Part of the installation price was the removal of the old stove. I was very pleased with the quality of the installation.
