Highly professional, personable, knowledgeable, and efficient, however I felt it was way too much for what was done and the short amount of time it took. I would have preferred to have something in writing and a receipt.

Our services man (Jason) was very professional and seemed knowledgable about mold and the questions we had. My wife and I have a 9 month old baby and wanted to make sure the house was clear of mold and any other harmful allergens. Jason took several samples around the house had them lab tested. The results confirmed we had mold spores under the kitchen sink and in our laundry room. He provided recommendations for getting rid of the mold; which we did. We had his company re-test two months later and the mold allergens were gone!
